Returns & exchanges
Changed your mind? Tell us within 7 days of delivery. If the item is unworn and unused, with the box and any tags intact, we will arrange an exchange or another suitable solution once it is back with us.
Arrived faulty or not what you ordered? Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will put it right, with the return courier on us.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to take back pierced jewellery, or anything that has been worn or had its protective film removed.

Sizing
Necklaces are measured end to end, clasp included. 42 cm sits at the base of the throat, 45 cm just below the collarbone, 50 cm at the top of the sternum.
Watches list case width and lug width. If your current watch feels right, measure its case across the dial and match that number.
